Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to own continuity for critical buy components with multi-sourcing, long lead times, and allocation constraints. You will manage planning logic manually when automation is limited and coordinate with procurement across suppliers to optimize capacity, cost, and risk.

The role requires 8+ years in supply planning in manufacturing, a related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply planning or buyer roles in manufacturing.
• Experience managing non-standard sourcing and multi-source parts.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP tooling beyond standard logic.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for critical buy components.
• Build manual planning logic where automation is limited.
• Collaborate with procurement on multi-source sourcing and allocation.
• Maintain ERP planning parameters to reflect supplier behavior.
• Run weekly/daily supply signals and reconcile conflicts.
• Present shortage risk reports to production and leadership.
• Support S&OP with input on constrained parts.
• Identify opportunities to convert manual parts to system-driven planning.
