Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC seeks a seasoned Supply Planner to own the intersection of engineering change and supply continuity. You will translate ECO/ECN decisions into actionable plans, protecting inventory while ensuring the right part, at the right revision, is available when needed.

You will partner with Engineering, Configuration Management, Procurement and Operations to determine effective dates and transition timing, safeguarding schedule and inventory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply planning or configuration/change management in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience with ECO/ECN/ECR processes and BOM/routings.

Responsibilities

• Own supply planning impact assessment for all engineering changes affecting purchased and manufactured parts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Configuration Management, Procurement and Operations to determine dates and phase-in/phase-out timing.
• Communicate disposition of superseded, obsolete, and excess inventory from part changes and coordinate actions with quality and operations.
• Review BOM structures and revision data in MRP; transfer planning parameters across revisions and set baselines for new products.
• Track ECO/ECN against a change calendar and ensure on-schedule supply actions.
