Job summary

Beehive Industries, LLC is seeking a Supply Planner to own supply continuity for critical buy components. The role requires managing multi-source parts, building manual planning logic, and coordinating with procurement to optimize sourcing across suppliers.

You will also maintain ERP parameters and generate risk and status reports for leadership. The position emphasizes hands-on planning over automated replenishment, with a focus on scalability as the company grows toward high-volume

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, or buyer/planner roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, non-standard sourcing—multi-sourcing, split percentages, allocation-constrained parts.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and comfort operating both inside and outside standard system logic.
• Strong Excel skills for building and maintaining manual tracking tools.
• Ability to prioritize under ambiguity; clear, proactive communication; startup experience a plus; ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for a defined set of critical buy components, including parts with complex sourcing splits across multiple suppliers.
• Build and maintain manual planning logic for parts that can’t be fully automated in the MRP/ERP system.
• Work with procurement to manage multi-source part splits — adjusting sourcing percentages or sequencing across suppliers.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters in the ERP system to reflect real-world supplier behavior.
• Run and reconcile weekly/daily supply signals for the assigned commodity set, resolving conflicts with system logic.
• Build and present shortage risk reports and part-level supply status to production and leadership.
• Support S&OP supply review with input on constrained or at-risk parts.
• Identify opportunities to convert manually-managed parts into system-supported planning logic.
