EY is seeking a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering decision intelligence projects that optimize client supply chains. You’ll engage executives, drive strategic growth, and help build an inclusive, high-performing culture across engagements.

You will manage end-to-end implementations, document requirements, and guide data migrations while coordinating cross-functional teams, training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Deep experience in supply chain analytics or decision intelligence.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations for clients.
• Capture business requirements and translate them to system designs.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state improvements.
• Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity.
• Engage stakeholders and guide teams across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Develop project documentation and training materials.
