Job summary

EY seeks a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead transformative decision intelligence initiatives for clients, optimizing supply chain performance and driving strategic growth. You will work with executive stakeholders to shape strategies and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities include end-to-end implementations, requirements translation, process optimization, data migration, and training leadership. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience, or a graduate degree plus four years.
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• Two to three years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.) to manage supply chain processes.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform in the last 3 years.
• Industry experience in Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications.
• Ability to work in person at EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Capture and translate business requirements and design transformation goals.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Oversee data migration from a supply chain perspective.
• Engage stakeholders across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials.
• Lead training strategy and user enablement.
• Provide post go-live support and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Guide teams through requirements, design, prototyping, testing, and support.
• Participate in program governance and change enablement.
• Support business development with proposals and workplans.
• Travel as needed to client engagements.
