Wright-Ryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent for our Homes division to lead on-site construction of high-end custom residences.

You will supervise labor, materials, safety, scheduling, and subcontractors, coordinating with owners, architects, and project managers to keep each home on track and within budget. You bring 8+ years in residential construction, proficiency in reading plans, strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction management or a supervisory role in high-end custom residential projects.
• Ability to read architectural plans and ensure accurate execution.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment for efficiency.
• Develop short-term schedules and look-ahead plans aligned with the master schedule.
• Monitor daily site activities and resolve schedule, safety, or quality issues.
• Enforce OSHA standards and company policies on site.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, owners, architects, and subs.
• Lead jobsite meetings and ensure alignment with contract documents.
• Keep accurate jobsite documentation and reports.
• Assist closeout with punch lists and final inspections.
