Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience.
• 3+ years managing custom home projects valued at $2M+.
• Proven leadership experience directing field teams and multiple fronts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel.
• Coordinate all phases from permitting through Certificate of Occupancy.
• Maintain strong communication with ownership, project managers, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work for accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor progress, conduct site walks, and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Manage multiple residential construction projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment
• Lead, mentor, and oversee field teams, subcontractors, and on‑site personnel
• Coordinate all phases of construction from permitting through Certificate of Occupancy
• Maintain strong communication with ownership, project managers, vendors, and clients
• Ensure jobsite safety, compliance, and adherence to company standards
• Troubleshoot issues proactively and keep projects moving efficiently
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Monitor progress, conduct site walks, and provide regular updates to leadership

Required Experience

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• 3+ years managing custom home projects valued at $2M+
• Proven leadership experience managing field teams and multiple job fronts
• Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, including permitting, inspections, scheduling, and closeout
• Ability to read and interpret plans, contracts, and technical documents
