Job summary

Dowbuilt is hiring a Superintendent to lead one-of-a-kind, high-end residential projects. You’ll serve as the on-site construction manager, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with plans while coordinating with architects, owners reps, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 15 years of superintendent experience (5 years in high-end residential), proficiency reading architectural drawings, and strong skills in MS Project, Procore, Excel, and Word. Dowbuilt offers solid pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 15 years of superintendent experience, 5 years high-end, custom residential
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Journeyman-level carpentry skills
• U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site construction manager for one-of-a-kind architecture
• Ensure safety and compliance with plans and codes
• Develop and manage project schedule in MS Project; assist with preconstruction estimates
• Maintain plans, specs, as-builts, and documentation
• Manage subcontractors and field crew; coordinate materials and deliveries
• Represent Dowbuilt professionally to clients and partners
