Job summary

Dowbuilt is seeking a superintendent to lead high-end residential projects on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will manage subcontracts, documentation, and coordination with architects and owners to uphold design intent and exceptional craftsmanship.

The role requires 15 years of superintendent experience, including five years in luxury residential construction, with strong communication and leadership skills to mentor field staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of superintendent experience, including 5 years in high-end, custom residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Project and strong coordination with architects/designers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site construction manager for one-of-a-kind residential projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and codes.
• Develop and manage project schedule with Project and PMs.
• Manage subcontractors, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Maintain documentation and site records.
• Represent Dowbuilt professionally with clients and stakeholders.
