This role focuses on safe, cost-effective engineering and reliable protection schemes for substations, battery storage, and collector substations.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience, PE licensure, and strong leadership and communication skills to support proposal development and business growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a practicing engineer.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience leading design teams and managing schedules/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead protection and control design for substation and transmission projects.
• Author specifications and oversee engineering drawings, schematics, and settings.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage project budgets and schedules.
