RMS Energy is seeking a Lead P&C Field Engineer to join our Field Services team. You will lead testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of protection and control systems across high-voltage substations, including relays and SCADA integration. The role requires frequent travel and hands-on leadership in challenging environments.

You will oversee test activities, mentor field staff, and ensure safety protocols while delivering reliable power system performance nationwide.

Competenze

• 8+ years in substation commissioning and P&C testing.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating relay settings.
• Strong understanding of substation design and SCADA integration.
• Ability to travel 80% and work independently.

Mansioni

• Test and maintain protective relays and verify trip, alarm, and metering functions.
• Commission new substations and troubleshoot P&C systems and pilot channel equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams and apply testing procedures to substation equipment.
• Plan and execute test activities independently while meeting timelines and safety protocols.
• Support field service personnel with technical tasks and mentoring.
