Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks a Proposal Subcontracts Lead to manage subcontracts data, support audits, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS in high-dollar proposals. You will collaborate with Cost Engineering and Supply Chain to align pricing strategies and supplier data, reporting to the Subcontracts Cost Analyst.

The role requires five years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel to Moog sites as needed. Hybrid work model in Buffalo, NY and other locations may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years in supply chain, cost engineering, material estimating or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFARS, TINA and CAS.
• Proficiency in FAR/DFARS proposal compliance and audit responses.
• Pricing, proposals, and contracts experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material supporting data and analyses for proposals.
• Ensure Moog Estimating System compliance with FAR/TINA requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and Moog policies in cost proposals.
• Train Supply Chain teams on compliant data completion.
• Analyze Bills of Material for proposal responses and data needs.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Cost Engineering on pricing strategies.
• Interface with suppliers to align cost engineering and supply chain goals.
• Support competition, documentation and analyses for proposals.
• Coordinate with Cost Engineering and Supply Chain daily.
• Provide compliance reviews of price and cost analyses.
• Support audit requests, fact-finding and negotiations.
