Job summary

Moog, Inc. Space and Defense is seeking a Proposal Subcontracts Lead to coordinate compliant subcontracts data, support audits, and align with FAR/DFARS, TINA and CAS across government and commercial proposals.

This onsite or hybrid role reports to the Subcontracts and Cost Analyst and collaborates with Cost Engineering and Supply Chain teams. You will travel to Moog sites as needed, drive material pricing strategies, and ensure timely, accurate data for proposal responses while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in supply chain, cost engineering, material estimating, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFARS, TINA and CAS.
• Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFARS proposal compliance and responding to audit requests.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key coordinator and record holder of material supporting data and analyses for proposal teams.
• Ensure Moog Estimating System compliance and interpretation of FAR requirements.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, TINA, and Moog policies for cost proposal preparation and negotiations.
• Provide training to Supply Chain teams for compliant completion of data and analyses.
• Analyze Bills of Material for documentation requirements to support proposals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Cost Engineering to support material pricing strategies.
• Interface with Suppliers to align Cost Engineering and Supply Chain processes.
• Support competition and compliance analyses with Supply Chain teams.
