Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Proposal Subcontracts Lead to manage cost proposals and coordinate subcontracts data across government and commercial bids.

You will align with supplier, cost engineering, and supply chain teams, ensuring compliant and timely responses while supporting audits and negotiations. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with extensive FAR/DFARS knowledge and the ability to travel to Moog sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, cost engineering, material estimating, material analysis, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFARS, TINA and CAS; experience with proposal compliance and audit responses.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key coordinator and record holder of material supporting data and analyses for proposal teams.
• Ensure Moog Estimating System compliance and interpretation of FAR requirements.
• Adhere to FAR/TINA/CAS and Moog policies regarding cost proposal preparation, review, compliance, submission, updates and negotiations.
• Provide training to Supply Chain teams for compliant completion of material data and analyses for proposals.
• Analyze Bills of Material for documentation requirements to ensure timely responses to RFPs and information requests.
