Job summary

Moog is hiring a Proposal Subcontracts Lead for a hybrid role in Buffalo, NY. You will coordinate subcontract data, support audits, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, TINA, and CAS while collaborating with Cost Engineering and Supply Chain teams to develop material pricing strategies.

Requirements include a BS in a related field and at least five years of relevant experience in supply chain, cost engineering, or material estimating, with strong analytical and communications skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in supply chain, cost engineering, material estimating, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFARS, TINA and CAS.
• Proficient in FAR/DFARS proposal compliance and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key coordinator and record holder of material supporting data for proposal teams.
• Ensure Moog Estimating System compliance and FAR/TINA/CAS adherence.
• Provide training to Supply Chain teams for compliant completion of material supporting data.
• Analyze Bills of Material for documentation requirements to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Cost Engineering to develop material pricing strategies.
• Interface with suppliers to align Cost Engineering and Supply Chain processes.
• Support audit requests, fact-finding, and negotiation discussions and budget baseline process.
