Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Proposal Subcontracts Lead to coordinate material data and ensure compliance across FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS for high-dollar proposals. You will work with Cost Engineering and Supply Chain to align pricing strategies and maintain records for audits and negotiations.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and readiness to travel to customer sites. Hybrid work in Buffalo, NY is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in supply chain, cost engineering, or related field.
• Proficient knowledge of FAR/DFARS proposal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key coordinator and record holder of material supporting data for proposals.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS compliance and respond to audit requests.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Cost Engineering for material pricing strategies.
• Interface with suppliers to align cost engineering and supply chain processes.
• Support audit requests and negotiation discussions, and maintain proposal data records.
