Qualifications

Experience with field engineering and cross-building coordination is essential.

Responsibilities

Owns site-wide HVAC, ductwork, and fire protection technical standards.
Directs daily subcontractor coordination across multiple packages.
Mentors STRs and ensures consistent field execution and turnover readiness.
Interfaces with Procurement, Project Controls, and Engineering to align scope and execution.
