Job summary

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor cost, schedule and labor optimization for craft labor and overall construction
Inspect site for unsafe conditions and correct deficiencies
Coordinate safety training with EH&S Supervisor
Enforce ZERO Accident Philosophy and compliance with safety codes
Monitor craft activities for conformance to specs and schedules
Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for recruitment and training
Review craft time records using automated tools
Oversee installation of materials/equipment per drawings and specs
Enforce field construction policies and procedures
