Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. In this role you will monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders.

You will supervise field staff, coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to Bechtel and regulatory safety standards while coordinating with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading field teams on complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobsite operations with Bechtel, subcontractors, and clients.
• Develop and implement construction schedules and manning plans.
• Control expenditures for labor, equipment and materials.
• Supervise personnel and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure safety codes and QA/QC standards are followed.
• Provide backup to Field Superintendent/Field Construction Manager.
