Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. In this role, you will monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders’ involvement.

Your field supervision will help ensure operations are planned to align with schedules and that work is executed safely, within budget, and to Bechtel standards.

Qualifications

• Area execution leadership: lead field staff to deliver safe, coordinated construction.
• Cross-discipline planning: align civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping activities.
• Experience with project controls and lookahead scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for jobsite operations including Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Establishes schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment needs.
• Controls jobsite expenditures to keep operations within budget.
• Supervises personnel in the area of responsibility.
• Maintains client relationships and regulatory compliance.
• Provides back-up support to Field Superintendent/Construction Manager.
