Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Structural Project Engineer to join our Commercial Land Development team. You will oversee design teams and deliver high-quality, constructible designs for complex projects.

You will mentor junior staff, lead design efforts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery. Experience with REVIT and project management is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering from ABET accredited college.
• EIT/FE or PE required; S.E. registration a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of structural engineering work experience.

• Oversee project design teams to provide accurate deliverables per contract requirements.
• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Establish and grow relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Build trust with clients and project teams.
• Serve as a technical advisor and delegate tasks effectively.
• Lead and perform design of complete projects, systems, components, or processes.
• Provide quality assurance/quality control for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for a coordinated design.
• Support service leadership to maintain firm standards and consistency.
• Mentor and lead the design team.
• Plan and schedule resources to support projects.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and seek new opportunities.
