Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Architect to join our Land Development team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of architecture design and project management experience, capable of leading complex design tasks, and growing a team while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work on consulting projects, prepare drawings and specifications, oversee budgeting and scheduling, and collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a five-year college or university.
• Architectural license and NCARB record maintained.
• 8+ years of progressive architecture design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design software.
• Strong communication, client-facing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements and develop design concepts.
• Prepare scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to maintain schedule and budget.
• Administer construction contracts and conduct on-site observations.
• Prepare studies and reports and present design options to clients.
• Support business development through marketing and client liaison.
