True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a Structural Engineering Manager in Duluth, MN to lead design, analysis, and inspection of structural systems for diverse infrastructure projects.

You will guide teams from concept through construction, ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction. The role calls for ABET-accredited civil/structural degree and 8+ years of experience, with strong PM skills and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 8+ years in design of structural systems (concrete, steel, masonry, wood).
• Strong project management and communication skills; travel may be required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for buildings, bridges and marine structures.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation communicating findings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers and architects.
• Prepare calculations and specifications within schedule and budget.
• Perform site visits and field observations; collect field data.
