Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 8+ years of experience designing structural systems (concrete, masonry, steel, etc.).
• Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects.
• Strong mathematical skills for load analysis and structural design.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze structural systems for diverse projects, ensuring compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings clearly.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Prepare documents, calculations and specifications within schedule and budget.
• Perform construction site visits and field observations.
• Collect field data and prepare field reports.
