Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, including securing premises and handling cash procedures.
• Serve as the manager on duty during assigned shifts, overseeing staff and operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Support and supervise team members, providing direction and assistance as needed.
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor product quality, especially for perishable and organic items.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, checking in products, and proper storage.
• Enforce store policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
• Support cashiers with transactions, returns, and register issues.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
