Responsibilities

• Support department schedule writing to boost engagement, service, and store profitability.
• Ensure product freshness by monitoring rotation and dating policies.
• Guide team in food safety compliance and safe work practices.
• Lead team on ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display tasks.
• Foster a Meijer culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Operate registers and handle cash when needed; operate powered equipment as applicable.
• Participate in period-end inventories to meet goals.
• May act in lead capacity in other departments as required.
