Five Below is seeking an energetic retail leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily store operations, train associates on the BEST customer service experience, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Creative thinking to resolve store issues and improve customer experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
• College experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms.
