Blank Street in New York City is seeking a General Manager to own a high-energy single-store operation, drive guest experience, and lead a hospitality team to excellence. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and daily store performance with a focus on quality and consistency.

You will cultivate a strong team culture, coach staff, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering memorable service and strong financial results for the neighborhood location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in single-store operations in hospitality or consumer brands.
• Proven ability to hire, train and lead hospitality teams.
• Experience managing inventory and labor scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso, and cafe operations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly.
