Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and maintaining standards across customer experience and operations, with a focus on safety and compliance in a bustling NYC venue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing single-store operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Full Time availability: 45 hours per week, 5 days, including 2 peak days.
• Salary range in NYC: $67,000–$80,000 per year.
• Strong leadership, training, and team development skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory controls, and vendor relations.
• Commitment to coffee and food quality and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team; maintain high training standards.
• Create and publish staff schedules according to labor laws.
• Oversee ordering, vendor relations, waste and inventory counts.
• Cover scheduling gaps and ensure accurate payroll.
• Grow store sales through local initiatives and AOV enhancements.
