Job summary

Curaleaf seeks a Lead Store Associate in Sebring, FL to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations. This full-time role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs and drive sales in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will assist with product knowledge, merchandising, and cash handling while representing Curaleaf brands with integrity. Previous retail experience is preferred; training provided.
