Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Steward Supervisor for Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. You will supervise stewarding staff, manage sanitation standards, and ensure a clean, safe back-of-house environment to support game days and events.

You’ll work varying shifts with open availability; prior supervisory experience and 2–4 years in stewarding are preferred. The role offers part-time hours with competitive $19–$20 per hour pay and full Sodexo benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of stewarding or back-of-house experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Working knowledge of sanitation standards and chemical handling

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding staff and assign work based on priorities.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on safety and sanitation.
• Assist training and onboarding of staff on sanitation procedures.
• Lift up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Attend shifts on time and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as needed per account requirements
