Sodexo in Orlando is seeking a Steward Supervisor to oversee stewarding operations, keep back-of-house areas clean, safe, and organized, and support daily food service across the unit. You will supervise stewarding staff, ensure sanitation and safety standards, coordinate with culinary and operations leadership, and prepare for events and high-volume service, with varying shifts and full-time employment.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2–4 years in stewarding or related food

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in stewarding, sanitation, or back-of-house food service operations.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, chemical handling, and warewashing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding staff and assign tasks by priority.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on safety and sanitation.
• Support training and onboarding of staff on procedures.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds; frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
• Attend shifts on time and reliably.
• Perform other duties as required by accounts and client needs.
