Job summary

Sodexo Live! at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a General Manager to oversee all stadium operations, financial performance, and guest experiences at a premier sports and events venue.

You will lead a diverse team of managers and event staff to drive service excellence across all food, beverage, and hospitality programs. The role requires 5+ years of senior leadership in a sports-entertainment setting, strong financial acumen, and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership in a contract-managed food and beverage sports entertainment environment.
• Proven success leading large teams with focus on client relationships and service.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multimillion-dollar operations.
• Passion for sports and guest experiences; thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience interfacing with multiple organizational functions and departments.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads all operations including concessions, catering, suites, clubs, and special events for the stadium.
• Provides hands-on leadership and direction to department heads and staff.
• Fosters relationships with Colts organization, vendors, and community partners.
• Champions innovation in service delivery, technology, and fan engagement.
• Manages the financial performance through budgets, sales plans and forecasts.
• Participates in recruitment, selection and training processes as needed.
• Identifies and responds to client and customer feedback and escalated situations.
• Ensures compliance with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
