Job summary

Sodexo Live! at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis seeks a General Manager to oversee all operations, financial performance, client relationships, and service execution for the venue. You will drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure safety and quality across high-profile events.

You will lead a diverse team of managers and event staff, building engagement and continuous improvement. The role requires strategic planning, strong partnerships with stakeholders, and excellence in guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of senior leadership in a contract-managed food and beverage sports entertainment environment.
• Proven success in leading large teams and strong client relationships.
• Strong financial acumen managing multimillion-dollar operations.
• Passion for sports, entertainment and guest experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
• Interfaces with multiple organizational functions.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and Health Department requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads all operations for the stadium including concessions, catering, suites, clubs, and special events.
• Provides hands-on leadership and direction to department heads and staff.
• Fosters relationships with the Colts organization, vendors, and community partners.
• Champions innovation in service delivery, technology, and fan engagement.
• Manages the financial performance through budgets, sales plans and forecasts.
• Participates in recruitment, selection and training processes as needed.
• Responds to client and customer feedback and escalated situations.
• Ensures compliance with company standards, client specifications and regulatory requirements.
