Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required within 6 months of hire or upon start.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; 6+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sterilize, assemble, and deliver instruments for surgeries and procedures.
• Serve as clinical liaison between Operating Rooms and CSS offsite location.
• Standardize instrument trays and monitor OR schedules to prevent delays.
• Provide clinical orientation for CSS Technicians and Instrumentation Coordinators.
