Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities between OR and Sterile Processing to ensure efficient case flow.
• Lead tray movement logistics and standardize instrument trays across the enterprise.
• Monitor OR schedule to ensure instrumentation is processed and delivered without delay.
• Provide clinical orientation for CSS Technicians and Instrumentation Coordinators.
• Support 24/7 operations across multiple sites including Ross Heart Hospital, University Hospital, James Cancer Hospital and others.
