Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, service-oriented environment for all guests throughout the stadium.
• Oversee and support Supervisors to ensure compliance with stadium procedures.
• Conduct event day briefings and staff deployments to ensure safety.
• Perform security screenings and enforce guest conduct.
• Collaborate with stadium partners to elevate guest service and safety.
• Complete training modules and report incidents to management.
• Respond to safety or service incidents and escalate as needed.
