Job summary

Gillette Stadium is seeking a Premium Seating Staff member who embraces New England hospitality and will positively represent the venue through focused guest service during events.

You will welcome guests, verify entry, resolve issues, assist with ADA access, and help maintain Club/Suite integrity while providing directions and information; a high-energy, flexible team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to take direction and demonstrate flexibility with shifting priorities on event day.
• Ability to work full stadium events including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of High school education or equivalent.
• Must adhere to process protocol and apply established protocols in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Premium Seating guests with exceptional customer service.
• Scan tickets to verify authorized entry and resolve ticket issues by educating guests on mobile ticketing or escalating more significant challenges.
• Ensure Club/Suite access by checking tickets or wristbands that authorize access into premium seating areas.
• Resolve seat disputes or Fan Code of Conduct violations with stadium Security personnel.
• Accommodate guests with ADA needs by directing to nearest areas of accommodation.
• Be available and visible to guests, providing directions, policy answers and service opportunities.
• Commitment to safety by monitoring crowd activities and reporting suspicious activity to your area supervisor.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
