Job summary

Kraft Group LLC in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Security Area Supervisor to lead multiple security areas during events. You will train staff, enforce policies, and build a culture of safety and exceptional guest service.

You will oversee Supervisors, deploy personnel, perform screenings, and coordinate with stadium partners to deliver world-class security at every touchpoint. The role requires agility, weekend/holiday shifts, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable guest safety mindset and service orientation.
• Experience enforcing stadium policies in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train and mentor supervisors and staff.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, service-oriented environment for guests and staff.
• Know and execute operational policies to support event security.
• Oversee Supervisors to ensure compliance and accountability.
• Retrieve, issue and manage radios, screening equipment, and event documents.
• Attend pre-event Supervisor briefings and conduct post-briefings.
• Deploy staff based on skills and assignments to ensure safety and service.
• Perform primary/secondary guest screenings and verify seating and conduct.
• Monitor and report suspicious activity to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and Stadium Ops to elevate security and service.
• Document incidents and ensure proper statements are recorded and submitted.
