Gillette Stadium seeks a Premium Seating Staff member to deliver outstanding hospitality and positively represent the venue. The role emphasizes guest interactions, proactive service, and a commitment to resolving issues before the event ends.

You will welcome guests, verify access, assist with seating, and support security while maintaining a professional and friendly presence throughout events. This is an on-site, event-day position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with exceptional customer service and a smile.
• Assist guests, verify tickets, and resolve basic ticket issues.
• Ensure access control for premium seating areas with tickets or wristbands.
• Resolve seat disputes and cooperate with security on conduct matters.
• Provide ADA accommodations and directions to guests as needed.
• Be visible and available to guests with policy questions and services.
• Monitor crowd safety and report suspicious activity to supervisors.
• Complete special projects as required.

Education
