Job summary

Teamops is seeking a Parking Security team member for Gillette Stadium. This role supports the Sr. Security Event Manager on event days, ensuring fans follow parking lot rules and providing directions as needed.

You will verify tickets or credentials to restricted areas, monitor crowd activity, respond to incidents, and escalate to authorities when required. High school or GED and customer service orientation required.

Qualifications

High School education or GED required.
Experience in security preferred.
Strong listening and communication skills.
Customer service oriented and able to remain calm.
Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist and communicate with fans regarding non-compliance with parking lot rules.
Provide exceptional customer service including greeting fans and directions.
Control access to restricted areas by verifying tickets or credentials.
Escalate issues to management or local authorities as appropriate.
Advise guests of stadium entrance rules and prohibited items.
Monitor crowd activities and report suspicious or threatening situations.
Escort players or special guests to and from their vehicles.
Address complaints in a courteous manner and escalate as needed.
Perform special projects and assignments as needed.
