Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Previous security experience preferred.

• Available to work all full Stadium events including nights and weekends.
• Able to take direction and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist and communicate with fans regarding non-compliance with parking rules.
• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting fans and answering inquiries.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying tickets or credentials.
• Advise guests of stadium entrance rules and monitor bag sizes and prohibited items.
• Monitor crowd activity and report suspicious or threatening situations.
• Escort players or special guests to and from their vehicles as assigned.
• Address complaints and concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Perform special projects and assignments as business dictates.
