Qualifications

B.S. or advanced degree in engineering or technical field.
15+ years of mechanical systems development experience.
Expertise in mechanical design for high-pressure/high-temperature environments.
Experience delivering rocket engine hardware architectures and setting execution methods.
Production-facing design experience with release to manufacturing."

Responsibilities

Drive design and development of complex propulsion system components and parts.
CAD assembly design, BOM creation, drawing production, and collaboration with manufacturing and testing teams.
Translate long-term strategies into engineering requirements for major features and projects.
Provide pragmatic solutions for highly ambiguous propulsion challenges.
Advise engineering leadership and shape the company’s engineering vision.
