Naked Farmer is seeking a Sous Chef to help our restaurant Leaders foster culinary excellence in our scratch-based kitchen. You will guide and mentor the team, lead during peak service, and ensure consistent recipe execution and training across all stations.

You will oversee prep, inventory, and safety protocols, while maintaining a positive, guest-focused atmosphere. If you are passionate about real food and leadership, join us to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Two or more years cooking in a high-volume kitchen.
• Willingness to mentor and train culinary staff.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Adherence to food safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and uplift our culinary team with expertise and hospitality.
• Achieve proficiency across Naked Farmer stations and train teammates.
• Prepare seasonal dishes per established recipes and standards.
• Coordinate prep lists, manage stock, and maintain a clean walk-in.
• Open/close shift using checklists and clear team communication.
• Address guest concerns with creative, effective solutions.
