Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Two or more years of experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong culinary abilities and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and uplift the culinary team with expertise and warmth.
• Execute recipes and training to raise team knowledge.
• Prepare seasonal dishes and standards.
• Manage prep lists, waste logs, and inventory with Chef de Cuisine.
• Open and close restaurant with checklists and teamwork.
• Address guest concerns with creative solutions.
• Ensure DOH and Naked Farmer food safety protocols.
