Naked Farmer is seeking a Sous Chef to support Restaurant Leaders in building culinary and hospitality excellence in our scratch-based kitchens. You will lead, train, and guide teams to execute recipes consistently across stations and shifts.

Qualifications

• A passion for real, good food and a willingness to learn new culinary skills.
• At least one year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Two or more years of experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary abilities and openness to coaching.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team player focused on supporting others.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and elevate our culinary team with expert kitchen leadership and warm hospitality.
• Achieve proficiency at all Naked Farmer stations by executing recipes and training the team.
• Prepare seasonal dishes according to established standards and recipes.
• Coordinate prep lists, waste logs, inventory, and maintain a well-stocked walk-in with the Chef de Cuisine.
• Learn the restaurant's ordering systems to assist in stock management.
• Open and close the restaurant using checklists and clear team communication.
• Address guest concerns with creative, effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and Naked Farmer food safety protocols.
