Naked Farmer seeks a Sous Chef to elevate our scratch-based kitchens across multiple locations in Florida. You will mentor teams, ensure consistency of recipes, and lead during peak service with strong leadership and hospitality.

You'll train staff, manage prep, and uphold food safety in line with Naked Farmer standards. If you are passionate about real food, love teaching cooks, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, join us.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Two or more years of experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong culinary abilities and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to mentor and train fellow chefs.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and guide the culinary team with warmth and hospitality.
• Master recipes across Naked Farmer stations and ensure consistency.
• Lead prep, inventory, and waste logs with the Chef de Cuisine.
• Open and close the restaurant with checklists and clear communication.
• Address guest concerns with creative, effective solutions.
