You will train and supervise stations, ensure consistent recipe execution, and lead during peak service, while maintaining guest hospitality. This role emphasizes leadership, health-and-safety compliance, and a passion for real, good food within a fast-paced, growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership in a high-volume kitchen.
• 2+ years cooking in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong culinary abilities with openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and uplift the culinary team with expertise and hospitality.
• Achieve proficiency across Naked Farmer stations with training.
• Prepare seasonal dishes to established recipes and standards.
• Coordinate prep lists and waste logs; assist with stock and walk-in.
• Learn ordering systems to manage stock for service.
• Open and close the restaurant with checklists and team communication.
• Address guest concerns with creative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
