Naked Farmer is seeking a Sous Chef to foster culinary and hospitality excellence within our scratch-based kitchen. You will lead during peak service, mentor cooks, and ensure consistent recipe execution across all stations.

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• 2+ years cooking in a high-volume kitchen.

• Ensure consistent execution of recipes and procedures across Naked Farmer stations.
