Naked Farmer is seeking a Chef Operator to lead a scratch-based kitchen and guide a team toward culinary excellence. You will mentor staff, drive operational efficiency, and align with seasonal menu changes and strategic initiatives.

You will partner with senior leadership to maintain a welcoming, high-standard culture, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver outstanding guest experiences across multiple Naked Farmer locations.

Qualificações

• 3-4 years of experience in high-volume kitchen management or operations with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to lead, mentor and train a team to develop future leaders.
• Strong organizational skills with a strategic, systems-based approach to restaurant operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the entire restaurant operation, managing costs, labor efficiency, guest experience, and sales growth.
• Inspire and coach the team to build daily disciplines and productive behaviors.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine on quality assurance and action based on guest feedback.
• Lead new initiatives and manage their implementation to maintain high engagement.
• Ensure smooth operation by upholding culinary excellence, service quality, and health standards.
• Handle tech and third-party platform issues and troubleshoot operational aspects.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and team development.
• Communicate updates across digital platforms to leadership.
